About KWG Coaching
My Background
Hi, I’m Kate. I‘m passionate about supporting women who want to make a change in their life or career. I want to make your life easier and remove the stress. I coach with the underlying importance of looking after yourself first, before you choose how, and when, you meet the demands on you from others (I also teach yoga - see the menu at the top for yoga options).
I have combined over 20 years of experience and training in coaching, business, executive leadership and my personal life to develop my approach to life, executive, relationship and fertility coaching for women. This enables me to meet you where you are and help you move forward, to a more balanced and positive future.
I believe that every woman deserves to live a fulfilling and purposeful life, no matter what life might be throwing at you. It is important to improve anything that is bringing you down. Together we can achieve this and build the skills you need to progress.
My Approach
I help you to identify and clarify the challenges in your life. Cultivating self-awareness of your values and desires to build actions and create realistic steps towards achieving your vision for your future.
I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your inner world and thoughts, whilst we work towards your desired future.
Our coaching can be by phone, video call or in person, whatever works best for you. In person sessions can also be followed by a Reiki experience to allow your mind and body to relax and process before rejoining your world again.
