I believe everyone needs to take some time to breath and de-stress in our crazy world and that’s what my yoga classes offer. Time out from your day to just be, have a stretch, relax and restore.

My classes are a relaxed pace, focused on mindfulness, breathing and restorative poses. Suitable for all levels of fitness, to release stress, build strength and improve your flexibility. My goal is for you to feel as relaxed as if you‘ve had a massage at the end of a class.
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years, my classes are inspired by my time at Yoga by the Sea in Sydney and the wonderful teachers I had over my 7 years of practice. I want you to feel like you’ve opened your body and relaxed your mind when you leave our practice together.

I‘m a qualified yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance, and I continue to train with Yoga Renew, a global program based in NYC so I can offer my clients an enhanced yoga practice.
I currently teach in Crondall, Farnham, Fleet, Hook, Church Crookham and Alton, but can travel as needed. Sessions can also be online.
I teach in my home studio (a converted chapel), gyms, schools, preschools and amazing spaces I find for adults and children.
I offer private classes and small group classes of up to 6 at my home studio in Crondall, Hampshire. Classes may be held outside (weather dependent!) in Summer.
Current group classes are on Tuesday at 5.30pm, Wednesday at 7.15am, 10.30am or 6.30pm and Thursday at 6pm for one hour.
Bi-weekly Sunday Sessions are for an extended 90 mins of

Classes are suitable for all levels, I offer a relaxed environment to learn yoga and adapt for newcomers and or enhance for those looking to develop their practice.
Private sessions are available if you are nervous about joining a class or trying yoga for the first time, are recovering from an injury and require a more personalised practice, or would simply prefer more dedicated one on one time for your practice.
I can travel to you for group workplace lunch or break sessions.
Classes can run for 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 1 hour or 90 minutes.
